Absolutely, we'd be more than happy to accept returns provided they are still in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we can't accept any socks that have been opened or worn.
Yes! If your socks aren't to your preferred colour or style, we'd be more than happy to exchange them for other socks of equal value provided they haven't been removed from their packaging or worn. Contact us for more information on exchanging.
While we have a very rigorous quality control process, on the odd occasion a pair might escape our vigilance - we are human after all. If you've worn a pair once or twice and suddenly there's a hole, or in the unlikely event they arrived holey, contact us and we'll send a replacement pair free of charge.

They will cost a little more, and take a little longer as our personalisation is knitted INTO the socks rather than embroidered on after. Do feel free to contact us with any questions.
