    All orders are hand-packed with care. The packaging we use will either be a plain, recyclable, bubble-wrap envelope or a biodegradable, recycled plastic mailing bag. As many of our orders are gifts, and to waste less paper, no physical invoices are included in the package. Invoices can be emailed on request.

    We may choose to dispatch your order using tracked courier services if the order is of high value/ quantity, the decision to upgrade to a tracked service is made at our discretion. We do not, and will never, use Evri to deliver your orders.
