Here at Peper Harow we’re confident in the quality of our socks, so much so, that we guarantee the exceptional quality of our socks. If the socks you bought are faulty, please contact us and we will replace your socks with the same or similar pairs at no charge to you (UK only).

If you still wish to exchange or return the products for any reason. We are happy to exchange or accept returns any items that have not been altered, washed or worn within 30 days of original order receipt. Peper Harow cannot be held liable for courier charges, customs duties or lost parcels. Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

When returning an item, please ensure it is packaged securely in its original condition (with all tags still intact) and enclosing the original Delivery Note. This will ensure that your return is processed speedily. We recommend returned items are sent using a tracked or signed-for mail service.

In an exchange, if the new item costs less, we will reimburse you with the difference. If the new item costs more than an additional payment will be required. There will be no second postage and packing costs to you for despatch of exchanged goods.

The refund will be made to you once we receive the goods in case of return.

Returning items either for a refund or exchange will be at your own cost.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, takes physical possession of the last item in your order. The withdrawal period is extended where it would otherwise expire on a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return or cancellation request through your order confirmation or via the "Returns and cancellations" link in our website footer. We will send you an acknowledgement of your request without delay.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Hygiene and Sealed Goods

All Peper Harow socks are finished with a sewn closure that must be removed in order for the socks to be worn. This closure serves as a hygiene measure to ensure that goods reach you in an unworn, uncontaminated condition.

In accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, we are unable to accept returns of goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery. Where the sewn closure has been removed or the socks have been worn, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to make a deduction from your refund to reflect any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If you wish to inspect the goods, please do so without removing the sewn closure or wearing the socks.
